Hire a designer and developer for one fixed price

Pick the role you need. We design the work and build it, and every sprint publishes its price and schedule before anything starts.

Quick answer: You can hire us for one role or a whole build: website design, an app, product design, or a landing page. Each card links to a live service. Where a sprint exists, its price and timeline are fixed before work starts. Book a call from the role page.

Who you're hiring

This is Shaheer Malik's practice. Shaheer is a Framer designer and developer and a senior UI/UX product designer based in Dubai, and he designs and codes the work. Mohsin M. works on UI/UX and Jillani Q. on branding. Shaheer spoke at GITEX Dubai 2023 and holds Contra's Framer Expert badge. More on the about page.

Roles you can hire us for

Where a sprint publishes a price, the card names it. Everything else is in all design and development services.

Grid of six roles you can hire for: website design, mobile app design, React Native app development, product design, landing page design and AI app development.

One person or an agency?

Hiring us makes sense when the work should be designed and built by the same hands, at one fixed price. An agency fits when you need several workstreams at once. The freelancer vs agency comparison and the agency vs freelancer cost calculator set out that choice. Neither states a percentage saving, so this page does not either.

How pricing works

There is no hourly rate. Each fixed-price sprint publishes its price and schedule before work starts, and sprint pricing lists them in one place: the landing page sprint is $700, the website sprint is $1,999, and the iOS and Android app sprint is $2,500. Ongoing design and build work is $2,500 a month, and you can pause or cancel monthly. Larger work gets its own fixed quote within 24 hours, and the project cost calculator gives a rough number first.

How hiring works, step by step

  1. Book a 30-minute call or send a brief.
  2. Get a scope, a timeline, and a fixed quote within 24 hours.
  3. Start the sprint whose schedule was agreed first.
  4. Launch on your domain.
  5. Get 30 days of support after launch, where that sprint includes it.

The product design sprint ends in a prototype and a component library, not a launch.

Five-step strip of how hiring works: book a call, get a scope and fixed quote within 24 hours, run the sprint, launch, then 30 days of support.

Proof

The work is in the case studies. Two to start with: EagleRider and Headlyne.

Questions about hiring

Can I hire you for a single role?

Yes. You can hire us for one role, such as a website, a landing page, product design, or an app. Each card links to a live service page. Where a sprint exists, the price and the timeline are fixed before work starts. Book a 30-minute call from that role page.

How much does it cost to hire you?

There is no hourly rate. A landing page sprint is $700 in 5 days. A website sprint is $1,999 in 14 days. An iOS and Android app sprint is $2,500 in 30 days. Larger work gets its own fixed quote within 24 hours. Each sprint page lists what that price includes.

Do you work with startups outside your time zone?

Shaheer is based in Dubai. The contact page says the practice works with US, EU, and GCC time zones. Book a 30-minute call or send a brief, and you get a scope, a timeline, and a fixed quote within 24 hours. The page does not promise a specific overlap hour beyond those zones.

Freelancer or agency: which should I hire?

Hire us when the people who design the work also build it, at one fixed price. An agency fits when you need several workstreams at once. The comparison page and the cost calculator set out that choice. Neither states a percentage saving, so this page does not either.

How fast can you start?

Book a 30-minute call, or send a brief. You hear back within 24 hours with a scope, a timeline, and a fixed quote. The pricing page says kickoff within 24 hours on the $1,999 offer. The sprint date is agreed before work starts. That is the promise. It is not a same-day build.

What do I get at the end of a sprint?

You get what that sprint page lists, launched where a launch is in scope, with source code and design files yours when the sprint says so. Website and mobile app sprints include 30 days of support after launch. The 14-day product design sprint ships design only. No code ships on that one.
