Quick answer: You can hire us to design and build an iOS and Android app at one fixed price. The sprint is $2,500 and 30 days, on one React Native codebase, and it includes submitting both store listings. Store review after submission is Apple's and Google's queue. We cannot promise the approval date.
What you get
The mobile app in 30 days sprint lists what the $2,500 covers:
- One React Native codebase for iOS and Android.
- Product design checked against both platforms.
- TestFlight and Play internal testing builds around day 21.
- Both store listings written, designed, and submitted on days 29 to 30.
- Push notifications, analytics, and crash reporting on both platforms.
- Platform-specific behavior where it matters.
- Source code and design files are yours at handover.
- 30 days of support after launch, included.
The schedule runs days 1 to 3 for scope lock, days 4 to 12 for design, days 13 to 24 for the build, days 25 to 28 for testing on both platforms, and days 29 to 30 for submission. Day 30 means the build and the store submission package are done. It does not mean the listing is live.
You own the Apple and Google developer accounts. The sprint prepares the build and the listing, and submission uses your access. Graphics-heavy apps, games, AR, sustained background work such as continuous location or audio, and a large custom backend sit outside this sprint.
For the wider services behind the sprint, see React Native app development and mobile app design.
iOS, Android, or both?
The sprint uses React Native, which Meta released in 2015. Its own site sums it up as “Learn once, write anywhere”: you write the app in React, and it renders to each platform's native interface. One codebase becomes an iOS app and an Android app.
If you only need one store, each has its own sprint: the iOS app sprint and the Android app sprint, each $2,500 and 30 days. Two separate native codebases are a different project. For the tradeoffs, read React Native vs native app development.

Freelance, agency, or in-house?
Hiring us means the person who designs the app also builds it, at one fixed price agreed before work starts. An agency fits when you need several workstreams at once. The freelancer vs agency comparison and the agency vs freelancer calculator set out the choice with your own numbers.
What it costs to hire an app developer
The both-stores sprint is $2,500, fixed, with no hourly rate. Every sprint price is on sprint pricing. A large backend, a game, or an AR-heavy app gets its own fixed quote within 24 hours. For a rough number on your own scope, try the project cost calculator.
Apple and Google also charge you directly, on accounts in your name. The Apple Developer Program is 99 USD per membership year. Apple says prices may vary by region, and fee waivers exist for some nonprofits, schools, and government organizations. A Google Play developer account has a one-time US$25 registration fee.
Apps you can hire for
Each of these has its own 30-day sprint, with its own limit:
- Booking app: 30 days, $2,500. Not a complex multi-location build.
- Marketplace app: 30 days, $2,500. One category and one city in the first version.
- Fitness app: 30 days, $2,500. Not real-time video coaching.
- SaaS MVP: 30 days, from $2,500. One workflow.
- AI app: 30 days, from $2,500.

How it works, from call to store
- Book a call or send a brief.
- Get a fixed quote within 24 hours.
- Days 1 to 3: scope lock. Days 4 to 12: design. Days 13 to 24: build. Days 25 to 28: testing on both platforms.
- Days 29 to 30: both builds and listings submitted through your App Store Connect and Play Console access.
- Apple and Google review the submissions in their own queues, and they decide when the app goes live.
A personal Google Play account opened after 13 November 2023 has to meet testing requirements before a public release. Google's guide to preparing and rolling out a release covers the release tracks. Apple publishes its App Store Review Guidelines.

App developer questions
How much does it cost to hire an app developer?
The both-stores sprint is $2,500, fixed, for 30 days. An iOS-only sprint and an Android-only sprint are each $2,500 and 30 days. There is no hourly rate. A large backend, a game, or an AR-heavy app is quoted on its own. You also pay Apple 99 USD a year and Google a 25 USD registration fee, on accounts you own.
How long does it take to build an app?
The both-stores sprint is 30 days. Scope is locked in the first three days, design runs through day 12, the build through day 24, testing through day 28, and both builds are submitted on days 29 and 30. Day 30 is the submission. It is not a promise that Apple or Google has approved the app.
Do you build for both iOS and Android?
Yes. We use one React Native codebase and submit a listing to each store. If you only need one store, the iOS sprint and the Android sprint are separate, and each is 30 days and $2,500. Two native codebases are a different project. This $2,500 sprint is one shared codebase, not two.
Will you submit the app to the App Store and Google Play?
Yes. We prepare the build, the screenshots, and the listing, then submit through your App Store Connect and Play Console access. You own the accounts. A personal Google Play account opened after 13 November 2023 has extra testing rules before a public release. The stores still decide when it goes live.
Who owns the code?
You do. The mobile app sprint says the source code and the design files are yours at handover. The Apple and Google accounts should be in your name too, so a later update does not depend on access you do not hold.
Can you take over an app built with an AI tool?
Yes, when it started in Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable, Bolt, or Replit. The vibe-coding sprint hardens that prototype in about 21 days, from $1,999. It is a production pass, not the 30-day store sprint. A full rebuild, or a formal compliance program, does not fit those 21 days.
