A note on the plural. People search for "web developers" because they expect to hire several. This is not that. There is no bench of developers behind the sprint and no roster to choose from. I design the site and write the code myself, and you deal with the same person from the first call to the handover.
Which build you are hiring
Most requests for a web developer turn out to be one of three builds. The scope decides which one, and each has its own fixed price and schedule:

The landing page sprint is for one page with one action: structure on day 1, design on days 2 and 3, the build on day 4, and launch on day 5, with lead capture wired and a test lead sent through end to end. If the job is more than one page, it is the website sprint.
The web app sprint starts from $1,999 for one focused tool, such as an internal dashboard or a client portal, with logins, roles and a real database. The source code and design files are yours at handover. What the website sprint includes
The custom website in 14 days is $1,999 for a custom-coded, multi-page marketing site. It is not a theme with your logo dropped in. The stack is agreed on the call, because a stack change is a call decision rather than a default. The schedule is fixed:
- Days 1 to 2: brief and structure. What the site has to prove, to whom, and in what order. The sitemap and page structure are agreed before any visual work.
- Days 3 to 7: design. Every page designed and reviewed, not only the homepage.
- Days 8 to 12: build. Custom-coded and responsive, with a staging URL so you review the real thing rather than a picture of it.
- Days 13 to 14: launch. Performance and SEO checks, the domain connected, analytics on, and live.
What is included:

- A CMS, if you need to edit the site yourself
- Live on your domain, with analytics connected

You supply the copy, the logos, the photos and access to the domain and DNS. The sprint is built around content being ready on day one, because waiting for copy is what stretches most website projects, not the building.
Three things sit outside the 14 days: ecommerce with a large catalog and complex fulfillment, a site whose copy has to be written from scratch across dozens of pages, and a multi-language build. Each of those is a different project with a different number, and you hear that before you book.

The US Bureau of Labor Statistics describes the job in one line: "Web developers create and maintain websites." According to its Occupational Outlook Handbook, the median annual wage for web developers was $92,650 in May 2025. The lowest 10 percent earned less than $48,100, and the highest 10 percent earned more than $162,290.
Those figures describe the occupation. They are a different thing from a fixed-scope build, so this page keeps them apart from the sprint prices.

The call goes faster if you bring rough answers to five questions:
- What the site has to prove, and to whom. This is the first thing the sprint settles, so a rough answer is enough.
- The pages you think you need. The sitemap is agreed in the first two days, so a list on the back of an envelope works.
- Where the copy stands. Written, drafted, or not started. If it is not started, copywriting is a separate add-on, and the quote says so.
- Who holds the domain and DNS logins. The site launches on your domain, so access matters before the last two days.
- Any date it has to be live by. A launch or a raise on the calendar changes which sprint makes sense.
