Quick answer: Hire me as a SaaS designer for whichever part you need: product design with every screen and state for $1,999 in 14 days, a working SaaS MVP with sign-up, Stripe billing and a database from $2,500 in 30 days, or a marketing site for $1,999 in 14 days. If the product exists, a UX audit finds what to fix for $499.
Who this is for, and who it is not
This page is for hiring a saas designer for a defined piece of work. It is not a job listing.
- Founders who need a product that takes money. Sign-up, billing and the core workflow, live in 30 days.
- SaaS teams losing trials. Onboarding, empty states and the upgrade path designed properly.
- Products with a site that undersells them. A marketing site that shows the product.
It is the wrong buy in these cases:
- Enterprise features on day one. SSO, audit logs and granular permissions come after someone is paying.
- Two-sided marketplaces. A liquidity problem before a build problem.
- Research problems. Where the core is unsolved technology.
What the 30 days look like
The saas mvp in 30 days sprint, from $2,500, runs on a schedule written down before you commit:
| When | What happens |
|---|---|
| Days 1 to 4 | Find the one workflow. Every SaaS has one job people would pay for today. We identify it and cut everything else out of v1. This conversation is the difference between shipping and slipping. |
| Days 5 to 13 | Design. The core workflow designed properly: including onboarding and empty states, which is where most MVPs quietly lose their users. |
| Days 14 to 25 | Build. Auth, database, billing and the workflow itself. A staging URL goes live early so you are clicking through it well before launch. |
| Days 26 to 28 | Billing and edge cases. Payments tested properly: failed cards, cancellations, upgrades. The unglamorous part that decides whether you actually get paid. |
| Days 29 to 30 | Launch. Live on your domain, monitoring on, marketing page up and the first real sign-up walked through together. |
What a SaaS MVP includes
- Product design for the core workflow, end to end.
- Sign-up, login and password reset, with account management.
- Subscription billing with Stripe, including the upgrade path.
- A real database, not a spreadsheet behind a form.
- Deployed on your domain, with monitoring.
- A marketing page that explains and sells the product.
- Source code and design files, yours, plus 30 days of support.

How to vet any saas designer
Whoever you hire, check these before you sign:
- SaaS products they shipped. With onboarding and empty states, not only a full dashboard.
- Billing and upgrade flows. Where trials become revenue.
- Settings and team management. The screens everyone forgets until a customer cannot find them.
- A component library. So every new screen is built from the same parts.
- A fixed scope. The screens, price and date agreed in writing.
Product, site, or both
Early on, the MVP usually comes first, with one marketing page included. Once someone is paying, a full marketing site and design for retention matter more. Design for SaaS and what a startup needs at each stage lay out the order.
