Education brands default to apples and graduation caps. Epiphany needed an identity as sharp as its name — the instant an idea lands.

A visual system built on the spark motif: a flexible mark, electric accents on a disciplined neutral base, and typography that reads equally well on a classroom wall and a pitch deck.

Inside the project

Epiphany is an education brand, where the identity has to feel both trustworthy and inspiring, credible to parents and institutions while still feeling warm and human. The challenge was building an identity system that held that balance and stayed consistent everywhere it appeared, from a prospectus to a screen to a sign.

The work approached the brand as a system rather than a single logo: a flexible mark, a considered color and type palette, and usage rules that keep the identity coherent across very different contexts.

Education brands live across an unusually wide range of touchpoints, printed material, digital products, physical spaces, and signage, so the system was designed to flex across all of them without ever losing its character. An identity that holds together everywhere is what signals the quality and care this audience is looking for, because inconsistency reads as carelessness in a field built on trust. The result is a brand that feels intentional and reassuring wherever it shows up, supporting both the credibility parents expect and the inspiration the brand wants to convey. Designed as a system rather than a single asset, the identity can grow with the organisation, staying recognisable as new programmes, materials, and spaces are added over time, so the brand continues to feel coherent and considered no matter how much the institution behind it grows.
