Large multi-team programmes. I am one senior person, not an agency with capacity for parallel workstreams.
Native iOS or Android where the app is graphics-heavy — games, AR, real-time video. I will point you to a specialist.
Arabic, French or any language copywriting. I design the structure; you or your translator supply the words.
SEO retainers and ongoing content marketing. I build the site properly and hand it over.
Anything where the scope is genuinely unknowable. I will scope it as a small paid piece first rather than quote a number I would have to renege on.
