Designer and developer. I design and build these projects myself.

Patients want to know three things fast: do you treat my problem, can I book, and can I trust you. So the site needs online booking, a page for each treatment, your location and hours, real photos of the team and the clinic, and reviews. Keep patient health details out of ordinary website forms.

The checklist

  • A booking button on every page, ideally linked to your practice software
  • One page per treatment, written in the words patients search
  • Location, hours, parking and a click-to-call number on phones
  • Real photos of the team and the rooms, not stock
  • Reviews, qualifications and memberships
  • Prices or price ranges where you can publish them
  • A Google Business Profile that matches the website exactly

Patient data

A general contact form should ask for a name, contact details and a preferred time, not symptoms or medical history. Anything clinical belongs in your practice or booking system, which is built for it. Check the rules where you practise (for example HIPAA in the US) with your adviser.

Being found locally

Most patients search for a treatment plus a place. Treatment pages, a consistent name, address and phone number everywhere, and a steady flow of reviews do more for local search than anything else.

When this is not the right fit

If you are a large hospital group with patient portals and integrations, that is a scoped software project, not a website sprint.
