Shaheer MalikAnswer
Designer and developer. I design and build these projects myself.
Usually one of four things: the page does not say clearly what you offer and for whom, the booking or signup action is hard to find, the site is slow or awkward on a phone, or there is nothing that makes a stranger trust you. Watch five real visitors try to book and you will usually see which one.
The four usual reasons
- Unclear offer: the first screen talks about you, not the visitor's problem
- Buried action: the booking button is below the fold, or there are six competing buttons
- Phone friction: most visits are on phones, and forms, calendars and menus break there first
- No trust: no prices, reviews, real photos or a named person
How to find yours
Look at your analytics for where people leave: the home page, the pricing page or the booking form itself. Then watch session recordings or ask three people to book while you watch silently. The fix is usually obvious once you see someone get stuck.
A redesign helps only if it fixes the specific problem. A prettier site with the same buried button converts the same.
When to get an audit
My UX audit is $499 fixed for 3 days: a ranked written report, a recorded video walkthrough and a WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility check. If you book a sprint within 30 days, the $499 is credited against it.
- UX audit
- $499 fixed, 3 days

When this is not the right fit
If almost nobody visits in the first place, the problem is traffic, not the page; see why a site does not show up on Google.
