Quote requests

When you request quotes we store what you enter (company, name, work email, optional phone, state, what you need, level, size, timeline, budget and notes). With your consent, we send it to up to 3 firms that match your state and needs and pay for lead routing. We never publish or sell it. If no firm matches, we may contact you ourselves.

Claiming a listing

If you claim a firm's listing we store your name, email and the verification method you chose, and we may check your firm's DNS records or home page for the code we gave you.

Reviews

We store your rating, review, the name you choose to show, and a hashed copy of your email so we can confirm it; your email is not shown.

Newsletter

We store your email and send a confirmation link before adding you. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Clicks and page views

To count visits to firm profiles and clicks to firm websites we log the page, the referrer and a hashed form of your IP address that changes daily. We use no tracking cookies. Automated traffic is filtered out.

Spam protection

Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots. The site runs on Cloudflare.

Deleting your data

Email me@shaheermalik.com and we'll delete your quote request, claim, review or subscription.
