Forms people finish, from the first question to a booked meeting.

One question at a time, saved as they type — so an abandoned form still tells you which question lost them. Responses arrive scored, and people can pick a time without leaving the page.

Quick answer

PeaFlow is an online form builder that asks one question at a time and saves each answer as it is typed, so an abandoned form still shows which question lost the respondent. Free covers 100 responses a month, three forms and the drop-off report. Pro, at $12 a month for 5,000 responses, adds AI scoring of budget, timeline and intent with the reasoning attached, and a booking question that lets people pick a time inside the form.

Why it exists

A contact form puts eleven boxes on one screen, and that is the thing two thirds of people close. When they leave you learn nothing, and the ones who finish all look identical — so there is no way to tell which two are worth a call.

What makes it different

Answers save as they are typed, not on submit, which is why the drop-off report can name the question people stop at — on the free plan. Scores come with their reasoning so you can disagree with one, and the booking happens inside the form rather than through a link pasted at the end.

Who it is for

  • Agencies and studios qualifying new enquiries
  • SaaS teams running intake and onboarding questionnaires
  • Recruiters screening every candidate on the same scale
  • Anyone whose contact form gets abandoned halfway

What it does

A complete view of what a form does.

One question at a time

Keyboard-first and answered with Enter. Respondents open a link and start — no account, nothing to install.

Drop-off report, free

Partial answers are kept and the report names the question people stop at. Partials never count against your limit.

Scoring you can argue with

On Pro, budget, timeline and intent are rated 0 to 100 with the reasoning attached, so a score is something to check rather than trust blindly.

Booking inside the form

On Pro, a booking question offers your real hours and holds the slot the moment it is picked — no second email, no double-booking.

28 question types

Contact, choice, rating, matrix, NPS, ranking, signature, file upload and video answer, plus branching, calculations and quiz mode — every one on every plan.

Connects to anything

A signed webhook on every completed response and a REST API on every plan. Slack and Google Sheets connect directly; Zapier, Make and n8n reach the rest.

Questions

Before you sign up

No. They open a link and start typing. Nothing is installed and nothing asks them to sign up, which is most of the reason they finish.

I build products like this for other people too

PeaFlow was designed and built by one person — the same one who would build yours, on a fixed price agreed before anything starts.
